Best location and staff in San Antonio

The staff were great - Stephanie and staff behind the bar in the pool and lifeguard were super nice / friendly. They were great to chat to and practice my spanish haha!

We get it is Ibiza and people don’t go to bed but people constantly knocking on other peoples doors at all hours throughout the night/morning running up and down corridors screaming maybe some security going around the hotel of a night would be good

Nice stay for a party break

I like how convenient the location was, the bar outside was nice and I love how much there cleaned the rooms… it was so good you could smell the bleach.. the breakfast was lovely

It is a party hotel so there will noise and some of the guest was really on drugs - like balloons which was annoying.. you could hear it all night

Excellent location. Basic but get what you pay for.

Ideal for what you pay for. Super convenient location. Basic rooms but nice to have a balcony, table and chairs. Would recommend for people who want cheap, easy, convenient accommodation in San An.

Could have been a bit cleaner and a few things in the room were old / broken. Abysmal freezer but overall lived up to expectations.

It was a stay which I wouldn’t be returning back to at Marco Polo 1

Breakfast was good

We had a huge leaks in the bathroom roof, dripping from the light which I had been very concerned around. Additionally, we had wires hanging around the bedroom that were not safe. Aircon created a huge leak, which the wall began to have mould and bulge due to the amount of water being released down the wall.

Fantastic location, hotel for young party people

hotel is in great location, beach near by, shops , walking distance to cafe del mar etc breakfast very simple but eatable , room its very simple -glasses provided are plastic ones ,one liquid for shower , very minimum . Pool is ok with music from 11am easy to get sunbed . Hotel for teenagers , deffinetly not for families , overall all good

Here you get the full British experience: beans at breakfast and party people until the early hours

This is a hotel where mainly 20-30 year old people came when we were there. The breakfast buffet has bacon, beans and sausages, but luckily also healthier food. The swimming pool is also nice and there is a bar with food and drinks. It is however very noisy inside the hotel and because this was not really our thing, we decided to leave earlier than expected. Hotel was willing to relocate us to another of their hotels for free (Vibra District).

Mainly British people here who are making a lot of noise. They bring their own sound systems and party on their rooms until 6.15 AM in the morning. Lots of noise on the halls during both day and night.

Great Location

GREAT location. The rooms were basic but very clean. You could still use the facilities after checkout. They also provide luggage storage and shower facilities. Noisy, as there are clubs nearby so you could hear the music and people outside, but this didn't bother me.

On the first night we arrived, the towels were stained, but we got clean ones the next day.

Great location, clean and comfortable.

Clean and comfortable. Pool area has a variety on seating/laying facilities. The pool bar had a decent variety of food and drink. Its in a brilliant location central to everything

Breakfast wasn't the best but it was edible. We had 3 rooms, but the room I had was much smaller, the other 2 were better.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in San Antonio! It was great for our first trip to the island and we would recommend

The location of the property was ideal, right next to Lidl and within walking distance of the bars / restaurants / clubs. The staff were lovely and welcoming!

The room wasn’t really cleaned properly. The beds were made and fresh towels were but in but the shower and the sink hadn’t been cleaned. In addition to this our air con broke and we had to wait until the next morning for it to be repaired.

If it had not been for my partner saying lets just make the most of it I would of left for a better standard of room !!!

Not alot The only nice thing was the staff , all round the staff were very helpful and friendly

WELL , the room quality for £1300 for a week was very poor ! The room was only cleaned ie bed sheets the balcony was never cleaned in a week or the tables wiped, we had 2 single beds in a small room , this was after complaining about the size of the room in the first place, the shower flooded our room the first time it was used we had to use towels to dry the water up general standard of the room was poor for £1300 a week !!!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Good cleaning and facilities.

Music a bit too loud and repetitive around the pool. We were able to use the quieter pool at sister hotel next door but pool area not as good.

No any noise cancellation in rooms. Through door you could too easily hear all the voices from corridor. Toilets weren't like in the fotos here in Booking.com

Short and sweet

The location was great, we stayed for 4 days and didn’t need to get a taxi for any of our events. The property was spacious and clean. The pool staff were great!

The staff on reception were rude and unwelcoming and made checking in very complicated. This doesn’t reflect all staff though as the pool staff were great. The corridors were very noisy at night so make sure you take earplugs as we were woken up frequently.

Excellent hotel in a great location, highly recommend

I highly recommend this hotel, the location was perfect- 5 minutes from the beach. The room were clean and had a good layout. It came with a fridge, free safe, air conditioning, hair dryer and a nice spacious balcony. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. The pool area was really nice and there was a DJ everyday after 11.30. Excellent value for money.

There were very few issues with this hotel. When we first arrived our safe and AC remote were broken, but they were both quickly fixed. The other issue was with our door, this was pretty bad. Our door wouldn't lock when we were leaving one day. Maintenance came and fixed it, which was great. A few days later when we came home from an event our door was wide open, this must have been because the lock broke again- nothing was taken and the room was left exactly the same. It was then fixed after this so it must have just been a temperamental door lock. The security guard was very nice and reassured me that he would check our floor every 15 minutes so we would feel safe, even though the door was locking from the outside. The man at reception said he would move our room but this was at 5am and we had to check out at 11. I wouldn't let this put me off
